Come check out what I've been up to...

Amy | Class of 2015 - Annapolis Senior Photographer

Say "hello" to Amy - a wonderful Class of 2015 Senior I had the opportunity to photograph in Annapolis.

Now, if Amy looks a bit familiar to you, it's probably because you remember her sister, Hannah, who I photographed last year.

Amy and I ventured a little in Downtown Annapolis, but we also tried out a new location that I'd been wanting to stop by as well.  I'd been driving through Annapolis for many years now, and recently noticed a wall with some wonderful murals painted on it.  And with Amy being a very talented dancer, I thought she would be the perfect subject for that setting.  She was great!  I know NOTHING about dancing, and Amy performed move after move after move for me until I got what looks we both wanted in-camera.  And THEN she changed & looked amazing for her time at the beach, too!

If you think she's beautiful, you're right.  She has this beauty that radiates from inside out that I hope my girls exude one day too.

Thanks so much for hanging out with me, Amy - for laughing, for being awkward, for helping me not get hit by cars, and for dancing over & over again - you rock!

Tricia, Cece & Natalie - A Mother's Love | Annapolis Photographer

Tricia came across my A Mother's Love sessions through our mutual friend Kelly.  And because I've never tried these type of sessions before, I was just really excited to get some mommy's out from behind their camera & in some lasting images with their children.

Tricia told me she had two little girls, and we would probably need her husband's help to corral them in Downtown Annapolis.  With me being so largely pregnant, she was right!  Thanks, Dad, for coming to make sure the kids didn't run in to any traffic & that I didn't either!

Cece was instantly my hand-holder - I felt so honored!  I had to actually ask her to let go of my hand so I could hold my camera!  And the constant little girl conversations she offered up were adorable - such a fun age.  Seeing how sweet she was with her little sister, Natalie, just made my heart swell & think of my girls together.  Sisters are such an invaluable source of friendship, irritation, love & continual enjoyment.

Enjoy their photos...and again, thanks Dad for helping out & popping in for a few photos.  You all were great!

Goldbeck Family | Annapolis Family Photographer

The last time I saw the Goldbeck family their kids were well littler than me.  And now, I need a darn step stool for these "little" ones!  They have grown so much and are really funny to be around now.

I really enjoyed getting to catch up a little & walk around Annapolis with them last weekend.  When clients return, it's a pleasure to see them & really call them friends instead.

Enjoy their photos!

Madilyn & Regan | Annapolis Child Photographer

Madilyn & Regan are the sweet daughters of my even sweeter friend Stephanie.  Steph & I have known each other through the awkward teenage years, the dating {really tall} boys, getting engaged, married, & now having our third kids within weeks of one another.  To say she's one of my best friends is an understatement.  And I love that her husband & her kids have become just as dear to me as well.

Before these two little girls get their worlds turned upside down by baby brother, they met me downtown in Annapolis for my mini sessions.  I actually picked one of the streets we shot on because Steph sent me Madi's outfit via text.  I just couldn't resist using my favorite coral & yellow Annapolis house!  (even though we did have to squeeze between a parked car & the front door!)

And I THINK Regan might be starting to not hate me - win!  She actually gave me some smiles...that or it was smiles for her daddy behind me, but we can pretend it was me.

Here are their very spring-like photos.  Love these girls!  And I cannot wait to see a boy version of these adorable babes!

Clara & family | Downtown Annapolis Family Photographer

I know that MANY of my family always looks forward to Clara's annual sessions.  What will she wear?  What cool outfit did her mom find?  Will that adorable dog be there?  Well, the wait is over!  I met with Clara & her parents & her puppy, Luna, on Saturday's mini sessions in Downtown Annapolis.  And as usual, we had a great time.  It's like meeting friends downtown for a walk around get-together...but I just happen to make them stop every 5 minutes & take some photos.  Totally normal!

Well, I won't bore you any more with words, it's time for the photos.  Here's a little peek of what we captured...
