Come check out what I've been up to...

Albie IV | Arnold Newborn Photographer

Well, the first grandson on my husband's side is here!  Baby Albert the IV arrived just in time for the start of baseball season - much to his father's delight, and his mother's too, I'm sure!

He came in to the world with a head full of gorgeous hair & a sweet little look that will melt your heart.  And such a content little fella too!

When mom asked if we could do his newborn session, I had a few ideas.  We definitely wanted to get him with big sisters - always the most challenging of any shot!  As well as some to show his interests in everything pirates & Orioles baseball - because he came out telling us he loved those two things, right?   Well, at least his daddy loves them!

Meet Albie, the fourth in a line of wonderful Albert's!

A Mother's Love | Special Mom & Me Sessions

Are you a mother?  Step-mother?  Grandmother?  Or do you know one?

As I prepare to become a mother again for the third time, I'd love to photograph some mothers & their precious little (or big) ones.

For the next three weeks, I'm offering A Mother's Love sessions to any momma out there.  Gather your cutie pies, put on some comfy clothes, and come meet me for 20 minutes of photos that are guaranteed to give you memories for a lifetime.  With these quick sessions, we will take you out from BEHIND the camera & show your children how much they are loved & cherished by you.

You can schedule your session during any weekday or weekday evening in an area park close to me.  (Don't worry, I have tons of suggestions!)  And I'll include a special gift with each session.  Email me for pricing & to schedule {mandysroka@gmail.com}.  You can also feel free to purchase one of these sessions as a gift for any mother in your life.  Any sessions not completed in the next three weeks will be subject to my maternity break availability.

Thanks so much & I hope to see you this spring!

Bryce - Six Months | Arnold, MD Child Photographer

Gah!   This little man is so squishable I could just eat him up!  (If you don't have kids, that might sound creepy to you.)  Bryce is my neighbor in our little community in Arnold and I asked his mom if I could borrow him once he started sitting up to try out a vision I had with balloons.  He wasn't sitting up when I asked, but as you can see below, he's doing great now!  So, about 4 dozen balloons later, testing out various set ups on my (unwilling) daughters & their baby dolls, I think I got what I was looking for.  And you know what?  The great thing is that with each new child, every sessions looks different - and I LOVE that!  I am always happy to practice my in-home studio lighting setup & am so thankful to Bryce's parents for letting me borrow him.  He was great!  Enjoy his cuteness....
